Marilyn Monroe Vintage 8x10 Color Photo by John Florea 1951 Reading Book Rare - This is a vintage 8x10 color photograph printed from original transparency on Fujifilm color paper, sometime likley 1980's, of Marilyn Monroe lying on bed reading book, taken by John Florea in 1951. Captured at the Beverly Carlton Hotel in Los Angeles, this photo shoot was designed to showcase Marilyn's intellectual, private side rather than her studio pin-up persona. She is famously lounging on a tufted mattress reading the book "How to Develop Your Thinking Ability" by Kenneth S. Keyes Jr. Marilyn was a voracious reader whose private library contained over 400 books, making this specific series a favorite among collectors because it highlights her authentic personality. This is a rare collectors item being released from our historic archives in Near Mint Condition This item is a Vintage 8x10 Inch (20 x 25 cm approx) Color photograph from the historic archives of Silver Screen Mementos. This vintage photograph was produced directly from the original transparency or slide on real photographic paper around the year of release or up to the 1990's. This is not a digital print.
